1. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, payments, and participation in retreats organized by MiraLua, as well as to all related digital products such as room bookings through our website.

2. Our Services

MiraLua organizes luxury, fully curated retreats.
The products currently offered are exclusively digital reservations (room bookings) that grant participation in the retreat.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are made via our website and processed through Shopify Payments (including iDEAL, credit card, and other available payment methods).

A booking is only confirmed once full payment or the agreed deposit has been received.

If paying in installments, the remaining balance must be paid in full by the agreed deadline.

Once payment (full or partial) has been received, the booking is confirmed and binding.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Once you have made your purchase or deposit, you have 14 days to cancel and receive a full refund. After these 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected and serious circumstances may occur. In such cases, we are open to discussing alternative solutions, such as transferring participation to a future retreat.

All travel, cancellation, and health insurances are the sole responsibility of the participant.

5. Liability

Participation in the retreat is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

MiraLua is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the retreat.

It is the participant’s responsibility to arrange suitable travel and cancellation insurance.

6. Code of Conduct

During the retreat, participants are expected to:

  • Treat others and the team with respect at all times

  • Accept and embrace everyone as they are, without discrimination or exclusion

  • Avoid any form of disturbance or disruptive behaviour

In cases of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to remove a participant from the retreat without refund.

7. Intellectual Property & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat.

MiraLua may use such content for marketing purposes only with the participant’s consent.

All materials (photos, videos, texts) produced by MiraLua remain the property of MiraLua.

8. Privacy

We respect the privacy of our participants and handle all personal data confidentially in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data will only be used for processing the booking and communicating about the retreat.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, flight cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our control), MiraLua reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat. In such cases, we will seek a fair solution together with the participant.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
