Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment

A reservation is confirmed once full payment or a deposit has been received. The full amount must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Once you have made your purchase or deposit, you have 14 days to cancel and receive a full refund.
After these 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else with written approval from MiraLua.

3. Changes & Cancellations by MiraLua

MiraLua reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. MiraLua is not responsible for any other expenses incurred (such as flights or transport).

4. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that covers cancellations, medical care, and lost luggage.

5. Health & Responsibility

By joining the retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. You agree to take full responsibility for your well-being during the retreat.

6. Liability

MiraLua Retreats is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or theft during your stay. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

7. Code of Conduct

Respect for fellow participants, facilitators, and the retreat space is expected at all times. MiraLua reserves the right to remove anyone whose behaviour negatively impacts the group.
